As an executive chef in award-winning restaurants for over 25 years,
Chef Tom McEachern has a passion for food, traditional and modern culinary science, techniques and ingredients. The James Beard Foundation listed Chef Tom as a Rising Star of American Cuisine and featured him as a guest chef twice (1999, 2003). Chef Tom has appeared in various TV shows as a Guest Chef and contestant, including Chopped, Great Chefs – Great Cities, The Weather Channel, and has also been featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Food Arts, Knife & Fork, Product Concepts and Flavors Magazine.
